Bob Beliles is VP of Enterprise Marketing / Product Management for Tyco where he leads strategic Security, Fire and Safety solution initiatives. He is also a champion for Tyco's Internet of Things vision and its on-going delivery. As a voting member of Tyco's growth board, Bob fosters internal innovation, enabling Tyco's "intrapreneurs" to fuel Tyco's growth. Prior to Tyco, Bob has held a variety of leadership roles in security and networking, most recently at HP. As Identiv (Hirsch) VP of Business Development, Bob led its expansion into unified physical and logical access control and was part of two M&A exits. He also drove an investment in a cloud-based video surveillance software start-up and followed that investment with his own while handling all of its marketing activities. Bob co-founded Cisco's Internet of Things business unit, starting with two physical security (video surveillance) acquisitions. He also led marketing and product line management for two distinct flagship switch and router product lines. He holds four IoT networked security patents.
Jeremy Brecher is responsible for Diebold Enterprise Security's US Operations and Information Technology Group. With over 12 years of experience, Jeremy has successfully managed numerous large-scale system conversions and new deployments for Fortune 500 companies. Diebold Enterprise's Network Services & Technology team is a key differentiator and is recognized throughout the industry as a leader in providing enterprise integrated security solutions in corporate IP environments.

Ray Coulombe is the founder and Managing Director of SecuritySpecifiers. Formerly, Ray was COO and co-founder of SyPixx Networks, acquired in 2006 by Cisco, and he has played a significant role in the development of several other early-stage companies in the industry. He sits on the PSA Security Network Education Advisory Board and TechSec Solutions Conference Advisory Board, and he writes and lectures extensively in the industry, including the Tech Trends column for Security Technology Executive (STE) and Security Dealer & Integrator magazines. He founded and served as chairman of SIA’s Standards sub-committee on SNMP and served as a member of the Body of Knowledge committee for SIA’s Certified Security Project Manager program. For his efforts, Ray was awarded the Jay Hauhn Excellence in Partnerships Award by SIA in November. He has additional past experience with 3M, Emerson Electric Company. Early in his career, Ray served as a Captain in the United States Air Force, where he was involved in the development and production of TV, laser, and infra-red guided missiles. He holds a BSEE from Cornell University; Masters degrees in Management from MIT and Information Technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute; and numerous professional certifications. He belongs to ASIS, IEEE, and CSI.
Rob Hile serves as Director of Strategic Accounts for SureView Systems, focusing on enterprise-class market opportunities, and building relationships with key integration firms, consultants and A&E firms. Recognized as a leading voice in the industry, Hile will apply his more than 25 years of security industry experience, encompassing sales and business leadership to further position SureView Systems as a market leader in the delivery of total situational awareness software solutions. Hile's executive career has involved working for both private and public entities, including several Fortune 500 Global companies. He previously held the title of Chief Executive Officer for Integrated Fire & Security Solutions Inc. Formerly, Hile served as Senior Director, Enterprise Fire and Security Solutions at Siemens Industry Inc., where he led the security division within the Building Technologies group, providing customized solutions for intelligent response and business continuity for global and national accounts. Over the course of his career, he has also held senior-level positions with G4S, Convergint Technologies, GVI Security Solutions and TAC. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and currently serves on the Security Industry Association educational advisory board.
Ralph Nerette is the manager of security for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston. He has more than 14 years of experience in the security industry; more than 10 years of which have been in security management. Formerly, Ralph held the position of security systems manager at Dana-Farber, applying his education in computer science and information technology in designing security systems, integrations and managing innovative operations center models. Currently, he manages a 50-member department responsible for patient safety, employee security, worker training in fire safety and workplace violence, maintaining regulatory compliance and establishing relationships with local law enforcement agencies are among his responsibilities.
He is also member of the American Society for Industrial Security international and International Association Healthcare Security and Safety.
Christopher Peckham currently serves as Senior VP, Chief Technology Officer and Special Projects, of KRATOS|HBE, a division of Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, where he leads the team's efforts in complex projects and programs. In this role he is also the primary driver of the technology efforts taken on to maintain thought leadership in the company's industries with regard to the effects of major market trends such as "convergence."
Mr. Peckham has served in a variety of technical leadership positions in information technology, engineering, and operations during his career. Prior to the acquisition of HBE by Kratos in December 2010, he was the Chief Information Officer / Chief Security Officer of HBE beginning in September 2007. As CIO/CSO, he was responsible for leading the information, security and network engineering services for the Company. Mr. Peckham has also served in as the Director of Operations with Sungard Higher Education in Dobbs Ferry, NY, the VP of Engineering at SkipJam Corp, in Greenwich, CT, the Senior Vice President of Information Systems and Vice President of Network Engineering and Operations at Globix Corporation in New York, NY. He also has worked at Qwest Internet Solutions / Icon CMT in Weehawken, NJ, PFMC / Bell Technology Group, New York, NY, and New Jersey Institute of Technology, Newark, NJ.
Mr. Peckham received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Newark, NJ. He also received the M.B.A. with a concentration in Management & Global Business from Rutgers University.
Sharon Shaw is responsible for the development and delivery of training, resources and communications for Tech Systems, Inc. With over 5 years of experience in the Physical Security industry as an educational program designer, public speaker and marketer, one of Shaw's specialties is in managed security services. She participates as an Advisory Board member for PSA-TEC and SIA Education (ISC W and ISC E) in addition to serving on the board for TechSec Solutions.
A co-founder of Brivo Systems, Steve served first as CTO and more recently as President and CEO, guiding the company from its initial vision of providing Web-based security services and products to its current position as the largest online access control system in the industry. An interactive systems architect, Steve helped launch Brivo after serving as Director of Internet Consulting for Sapient Corporation, where he lead Internet strategy engagements to support "dot com" startups and Fortune 500 new ventures. Prior to joining Sapient, Steve led Internet strategy development in the healthcare informatics industry for HCIA Inc. Steve also has over 10 years experience in wireless communications as Vice President of Software Development at Geostar Inc., the first commercial satellite-based vehicle tracking system in the US, and as Director of Systems Engineering at Communications Satellite Corporation, a global communications company, where he held product-line management positions for voice/data products.
Steve was honored in 2008 with his election to the Security Industry Association's Board of Directors. He has written widely in industry publications and has spoken at major industry gatherings including ISC West, ISC East, TechSec Solutions, GOVSEC, IP User Group events in the US and Europe, Security Canada Central, and others. Steve holds a bachelor's degree from Calvin College and was a Ph.D. candidate in physics at the University of Maryland.
